Reston Coach Transportation, Inc. founded in early 1995 by Mr. Leo Armany & Arman Doski in Reston Virginia. We started with a single Lincoln Town Car sedan to provide chauffeured Sedan Services to clients / guests at Reston Hyatt Regency Hotel in the heart of Reston Virginia. At Reston Coach Transportation, we believe that transparency and accountability are more important than simply accumulating a large number of online reviews.
The transportation industry is somewhat different from many other service industries. A significant portion of our business involves corporate, government, organizational, and group transportation, where the passengers riding in our vehicles are often not the individuals who arranged, contracted, or paid for the service. As a result, satisfied passengers may not always leave an online review, even when the transportation service was completed successfully.
On the other hand, when something goes wrong—such as a delayed vehicle, a mechanical issue, an unclean vehicle, or unprofessional conduct—we understand that concerns are much more likely to be reported to the person responsible for arranging the transportation.
For this reason, we do not believe that the number of online reviews alone is an accurate measure of a transportation company’s reliability, experience, or quality of service.
Reston Coach does not purchase, manufacture, or artificially generate customer reviews. We also do not pay customers to remove unfavorable reviews. We prefer to maintain an honest and transparent relationship with our customers, even when feedback is critical.
When we receive a negative review or complaint, we take it seriously. We investigate the circumstances surrounding the reported incident and, when appropriate, attempt to contact the reviewer to understand what happened. If an issue appears to have resulted from our service, we are willing to work directly with the customer to address the matter and, where appropriate, offer a customer-service resolution or refund.
In some cases, however, we have been unable to verify the identity of the reviewer or the claimed transportation service, despite our efforts to contact them and investigate the circumstances described. When a reviewer does not respond to our attempts to verify the incident, we cannot independently confirm that the reported experience involved an actual Reston Coach reservation.
We also recognize that reviews may occasionally be influenced by misunderstandings, incomplete information, or circumstances outside the transportation company’s control. Rather than simply dismissing criticism, our approach is to investigate it and determine what actually occurred.
Experience, Transparency, and Accountability
Reston Coach has been serving customers for more than three decades. We believe our reputation should be based on the quality of the service we provide, the condition and reliability of our vehicles, the professionalism of our chauffeurs and drivers, and the way we respond when something does not go as planned.
We would rather have a smaller number of genuine, independently provided customer reviews than attempt to create the appearance of popularity through artificial review activity.
