  • Stretch Limousine Rental Policy

  • "Weekday Special Offer" Reserve 3 hours or more on weekdays and get One hour free on any stretch limousine rental.
  • Weekend orders 4 hour minimum rental required on any stretch limousine.
  • Weekday orders 3 hour minimum rental required on stretch any limousine.
  • Weekend rates are valid Friday through Saturday.
  • Weekday rates are valid Sunday through Thursday
  • Rates may change periodically without notice.
  • Our rate does not include 20 % Gratuity.
  • Long distance trips or traveling outside Metro area are subject to travel time & fuel surcharges.
  • Rates do not include unforeseen charges such as extended service time, parking fees & tolls.
  • 10% Fuel surcharge applies on any stretch SUV limousine orders.
  • Smoking tobacco or any substance is prohibited inside our vehicles. any violation will result in $300.00 fine plus the cost of damage repairs.
  • Customer is responsible for any damages to the vehicle as a result of soiled, food, gum, smoking, vomit & spillage.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for loss/damage of any items left behind in our vehicles.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for transporting items left in our vehicles.
  • Reservations cannot be guaranteed without signed invoices.
  • 40% non refundable security deposit is due upon execution of Invoice/Contract.
  • Cancellation requires 7 days prior notification, otherwise 100% of the total order will be charged.
  • Reston Coach may not be held responsible for cancelling reservation due to indirect consequences or contingent damages resulting from its service or losses due to weather conditions, natural disaster, unpredictable vehicle defects.
  • Reston Coach reserves the right to outsource any reservation orders to affiliate companies due to unpredicted weather conditions, road traffic or mechanical failure or defects or any condition beyond its control.
