We used Professional Charter Services for our wedding and had a great experience! They were punctual, reliable, and did a great job transporting our guests. Most importantly, the driver was extremely responsible - we had some miscommunication within the bridal party who were helping with the takedown and packup, resulting in the photobooth being put on the shuttle without anyone to take it off at the final destination. Instead of driving off with the box, the driver informed the remaining passengers about the photobooth box and worked with them to get it taken off the shuttle, preventing it from being missing which would have resulted in late fees for us. Thank you Professional Charter Service for their attentiveness!
