Rental Policy

Reston Coach Charter Bus, Minibus & Shuttle Bus Rental Policy

  • 4 hours minimum rental required for any Charter bus & Mini-bus Shuttle Rentals.
  • Long distance trips or traveling outside DC Metro area are subject to 10% fuel surcharges & travel time charges.
  • Customer will be charged extra when extending service time, traveling outside the metro area
  • Reservations cannot be guaranteed without signed invoices.
  • 40% non refundable security deposit is due upon making the reservation. However if customer decides to postpone/reschedule the event, customer will not lose the 40% deposit and it will be applied as a credit towards the next bookings.
  • Cancellation requires 7 days prior notification, otherwise 100% of the total order will be charged.
  • In “NO Show” events customer forfeits 100% of total invoice.
  • Smoking tobacco or any substance is prohibited inside our vehicles; Any violation will result in $150.00 plus the damage repairs.
  • Customer agrees to pay $250.00 clean up fees resulting from food & alcohol spillage or vomiting.
  • Customer is responsible to pay for any damage repair to the vehicle and its equipment resulting directly by customer or customer’s guests.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for loss/damage of any items left in our vehicles.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for delivering /transporting items left in our vehicles.
  • Reston Coach reserves the right to outsource any reservation orders to affiliate companies due to unpredictable weather conditions, road traffic or mechanical failure or defects or any condition beyond its control.

Reston Coach Stretch Limo,SUVs,Luxury Sedan Policy

  • Luxury Sedan, SUV and Van rental are subject to 3 hour minimum requirement 7 days a week. ( If hourly service requested )
  • Weekend orders 4 hour minimum rental required on any stretch limousine.
  • Weekday orders 3 hour minimum rental required on any stretch limousine.
  • Long distance trips or traveling outside Metro area are subject to travel time & fuel surcharges.
  • Customer will be charged extra when extending service time, changing the original itinerary, adding extra destinations, traveling outside the metro area.
  • Smoking tobacco or any substance is prohibited inside our vehicles. any violation will result in $150.00 fine plus the cost of damage repairs.
  • Customer is responsible for any damages to the vehicle as a result of soiled, food, gum, smoking, vomit & spillage caused by customer or customer’s guests.
  • Customer agrees to pay deep cleaning fees and damage repairs to the limousines.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for loss/damage of any items left behind in our vehicles.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for delivering/transporting items left behind or found in our vehicles.
  • Reservations cannot be guaranteed without signed invoices.
  • 40% non refundable security deposit is due upon execution of Invoice/Contract.
  • Once the invoice(s) has been signed a 40% security deposit cannot be refunded if the reservation is canceled, however if customer decides to postpone/reschedule the event, customer will not lose any security deposit.
  • Cancellation requires 7 days prior notification, otherwise 100% of the total order will be charged.
  • In “NO Show” events customer forfeits 100% of total invoice amount.
  • Reston Coach may not be held responsible for cancelling reservation due to indirect consequences or contingent damages resulting from its service or losses due to weather conditions, natural disaster, unpredictable vehicle defects, act of god, and war.

Reston Coach Airport Transportation Service Policy

  • Customer pays unforeseen charges such as extra strop/destinations, extended service time, parking fees.
  • Rates do not include waiting time charges occurred due to flight delays or for any other reasons.
  • Reservations cannot be guaranteed without signed invoices.
  • 40% non refundable security deposit is due upon execution of Invoice/Contract.
  • Once the invoice(s) has been signed a 40% security deposit cannot be refunded if the reservation is canceled, however if customer decides to postpone/reschedule the event, customer will not lose the 40% security deposit.
  • Cancellation requires 48 hours prior notification, otherwise 100% of the total order will be charged.
  • In “NO Show” events customer forfeits 100% of total invoice.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for loss/damage of any items left behind in our vehicles.
  • Reston Coach is not responsible for delivering/transporting items left in our vehicles.
  • Reston Coach may not be held responsible for cancelling reservation due to indirect consequences or contingent damages resulting from its service or losses due to weather conditions, natural disaster, unpredictable vehicle defects, act of god, war, or act of terrorism.
